The Design Duo’s brief was to create a modern, bright and professional look that would attracted young professionals looking to buy or to rent many of the residential properties they have to offer. 

The client was planning to re-launch the estate agent with a new marketing Image and business name. It was important for me to create a design plan that would look commercial and modern which would then be used for all their new marketing requirements and a brand new website. 

The estate agent is positioned opposite the newly built entrance to the train station therefore bright bold colours was used to make this commercial space really standout on this very busy commercial street.
